Getting Married with Debt?
I don't know about you, but I've been stuck on the Netflix show, Love is Blind.

The point is that couples propose from only a conversation and are pushed to get married within a few months.
But this got me thinking about the notion of the "getting-to-know-you" phase.
Among the many points discussed is the notion of money and finances. Always a touchy issue and considerably taboo in older generations, not withstanding prenups, there is the idea of "yours, mine, and ours."Being encouraged into a short engagement period on the how, "Love is Blind," forces the idea of "yours, mine, and ours" and can be a major shock if one party comes to the table with some debt.
