Dom and Barbara's 25th Anniversary at The Terrace at Biagio’s

Dominic and Barbara got married 25 years ago and celebrated their anniversary at The Terrace at Biagio’s in Paramus, NJ. The Terrace at Biagio’s is a gorgeous venue with a stunning ballroom and a newly installed intelligent lighting system offering customize-able options for specific circumstances.

With just under 150 of their closest friends and family, Dominic and Barbara entered the room to Celebration by Kool and the Gang and danced to Endless Love by Lionel Richie and Shania Twain.

Following a few more dances and lunch, some upbeat songs got everyone ready for Laura Semel to sing Barbara’s favorite song, Cabaret, originally by Liza Minnelli.

After some upbeat country, disco, mo-town, and the classics, we were surprised when Lydia Diaz belted out Etta James At Last. Lydia is the fantastically talented lead singer for Reminisce, New Jersey's #1 oldies show and dance band and in addition the female vocalist for Memories Music. Both of these extremely popular bands appear for special occasions and regular nights at known venues throughout New Jersey. Lydia also sings with her church choir and is noted for her
gospel solos!

Towards the end of the evening, Barbara spoke some wonderful words about her husband Dominic, gave away from prizes donated by guests, and cut the cake. We ended the evening patriotically with Proud to be an American and God Bless America.

My experience with the couple was amazing. Barbara and Dominic were easy going yet knew exactly what they wanted.. Their family, friends and guests were fun, outgoing, and required zero motivation to get dancing - these are my kind of people.
